Treatment Philosophy

Therapeutic Approach: I use a client-centered and integrative approach, meaning that I respect and take into consideration my client’s preferences, beliefs, and values. When it comes to therapy, I believe one size does not fit all, so I do ask a lot of questions, especially in our first sessions together, to better understand how I can help and support my clients where they are at. Based on what I learn about my clients' unique needs and perspectives, I draw from a combination of tools and techniques that best fit the situation.

Overall Philosophy

Regardless of the specific therapeutic approach, my style is grounded in being nonjudgmental, supportive, and encouraging. Throughout therapy, I may engage in deep, reflective discussions or explore specific tools and techniques tailored to your needs. To reinforce the insights gained during sessions, I may assign tasks such as completing worksheets, journaling, or practicing new skills. Additionally, I may suggest supplemental resources, such as books, films, or podcasts, to further support your progress.
