Online Therapy Services for Women

My practice is fully remote, and I offer secure, confidential individual telehealth therapy for women. I specialize in supporting high-functioning women—leaders, caregivers, moms, professionals, and perfectionists—who often appear successful on the outside but silently struggle with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, guilt, or a deep sense of not being “enough.” Many of the women I work with are navigating the lingering effects of trauma, whether from childhood, relationships, or cultural experiences.

Sessions can take place via phone, live chat, or video call, depending on your preference, internet access, and insurance coverage. Whether you're navigating work stress, relationship dynamics, or emotional overwhelm, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported.

Can I Work with You?

I’m currently licensed to offer online counseling for women located in Arizona, California, Florida, New Mexico, Texas, and Washington.

Why Choose Teletherapy?

By opting for telehealth therapy, clients can select from a larger pool of providers serving their state, increasing the chances of finding one that best suits their needs. In addition, choosing talk therapy online removes barriers to continuity of care and treatment adherence by offering more flexible scheduling, eliminating commute time, and bypassing the need for transportation.

Is Teletherapy Effective?

If you are wondering whether telehealth therapy is effective, thankfully this topic has been well-researched for decades now, even more so after the COVID-19 pandemic led to a surge in the use of virtual therapy services across the country. The short answer is that in most cases, teletherapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person psychotherapy. See below for more information.
