Therapeutic Philosophy
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when therapy is tailored, not prescribed. I approach each client with curiosity, respect, and discernment, honoring the complexity of their inner world rather than forcing it into a predefined framework.
I work collaboratively, taking into account your values, lived experience, and personal goals. Rather than applying a single method, I draw from an integrative range of approaches and adapt them thoughtfully to the moment, the context, and the person in front of me.
Therapy here is not about quick fixes or rigid formulas. It is a deliberate, reflective process designed to meet you where you are while supporting sustainable growth over time.
An Integrative, Trauma-Informed Approach
My clinical approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from multiple evidence-based frameworks rather than adhering to a single modality. This allows the work to remain responsive, nuanced, and tailored to your specific needs.
Depending on the focus of our work, sessions may incorporate elements of cognitive, somatic, relational, compassion-based, and mindfulness-oriented approaches. These tools are selected intentionally, not as a checklist, but as part of a cohesive treatment process shaped by your goals and readiness.
The emphasis is not on technique for its own sake, but on creating meaningful insight, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
· Trauma-informed and nervous system-aware care
· Insight-oriented and relational exploration
· Compassion-based and acceptance-focused strategies
· Skills for emotional regulation, boundaries, and resilience

Overall Philosophy
Regardless of the specific focus of our work, my approach is grounded in being nonjudgmental, supportive, and attuned. Sessions may include deep reflection, practical strategies, or skill-building, depending on what is most helpful at that stage of your process.
At times, I may suggest optional practices between sessions, such as reflective exercises, journaling, or targeted tools, to support integration and growth. I may also recommend supplemental resources when appropriate. These offerings are intended to deepen the work, not overwhelm it.
The goal is not simply insight, but thoughtful, sustainable change that extends beyond the therapy room.
