I offer online therapy to women across the state of Texas who are juggling a lot… careers, family responsibilities, community roles, and everything in between. On the outside, it might seem like you're holding it all together, but inside, you may feel like you're running on empty.

Personal Connection to Texas
Texas isn’t just where I work. It’s home.
I was only 19 when I first set foot in Texas—fresh out of Army training, walking the grounds of Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio. I remember falling in love with the history, the River Walk, the food, and that unmistakable Texas spirit.
Since then, Texas has been a recurring chapter in my life. I’ve raised my children, built lasting friendships, and found a deep sense of community here. From El Paso to Wichita Falls to Houston, this state holds so many meaningful memories, including where I got my first dog (who’s still with us 16 years later!).
I don’t just understand Texas from the outside. I’ve lived it. The culture, the community, the everyday rhythms and deep sense of pride that shape our lives. That’s why it means so much to support women here who give their all to everyone else… and are finally ready to give some of that care back to themselves.
